Features

1.The air cooled screw type low temperature water chiller is designed with independent refrigeration system. The multi head chiller is relatively independent, with the minimum number of moving parts and reliable operation.

2.The imported high-efficiency economizer semi closed twin screw compressor is adopted, which has high energy efficiency, reliable operation and long service life.

3.Under the minimum load (25%), the compressor of each refrigeration system starts with star delta voltage reduction, effectively reducing the starting current and the impact on the power grid.

4.The flexible adjustable design can enable the continuous energy regulation (stepless adjustable) of the air-cooled screw refrigeration unit between 25% and 100%, ensure the full play of the compressor efficiency and help users save operating costs to the greatest extent.

5.The air-cooled screw type low temperature water chiller adopts high-precision large screen touch screen, industrial intelligent controller and advanced computer control system, full digital display, joint control with external equipment, remote users and control room through standard interface, which can realize the following multiple control functions.

6.Multiple protection functions: temperature protection such as compressor exhaust overtemperature, motor overtemperature, cold water antifreeze, etc.; electrical protection such as overcurrent, phase loss, inverse equivalence; abnormal state protection such as high and low pressure of refrigerant system, oil level, water cutoff, etc.; necessary maintenance and management functions such as alarm, prompt, record, retrieval, etc. can be set for the above protection functions.

7.Automatic switch on and off, automatic unmanned operation management according to the scheduled work plan.

8.Multiple password settings ensure that the equipment will not be stopped or damaged due to accidental factors.
