In the daily chemical industry, low temperature glycol chillers are critical for process cooling, ensuring product quality, improving production efficiency, and enabling the creation of heat-sensitive formulations. They typically provide chilled glycol water between 0°C and -20°C (or lower for specialized processes).

Here we have a customer use a glycol chiller in soap manufacturing, mainly for:
1.Rapid Cooling & Solidification: After the saponification process and extrusion from a vacuum plodder, the soap mass is hot and soft. Low-temperature chillers rapidly cool the soap to harden it instantly, allowing it to be cut and stamped without deformation.
2.Mold Release & Shaping: Rapid cooling ensures the soap releases cleanly from molds, maintaining precise dimensions, smooth surfaces, and consistent shapes while significantly increasing production line speed.
3.Preventing Crystallization Issues: Controlled cooling prevents unwanted crystal formations (like "soap scum" or "sweating") within the bar, resulting in a more stable and aesthetically pleasing final product.
