1.  Water chiller how it works?

      Chiller has two circulation,one is process water circulation,the other is refrigerant gas circulation.Heat picked up from the process.Heat transfers to refrigerant circulation.Heat is remove to air or water.

 

2.  How to calculate chiller load

     Cooling Capacity(kw)= Flow Rate(m3/h)*Temp Change(T1-t2)/0.86

     Heat Load= C(specific heat)* M(quality output per hour )*Temp Change(T1-T2)

 

3.  Types of chiller system?

    Air Cooled Chiller and Water Cooled Chiller.Water cooled chiller needs a separated cooling tower and has a higher efficiency,but less easier than air cooled for installation.

 

4.  Chiller capacity unit?

    -45 DegC.

7. What is the material of the evparator you adopt?   

    If salt water,we usually adopt Tiatanium or Alpaka.If glycol,normal shell and tubes evaporator is ok.

　

8.  Where are the chiller using?

     Water chillers are the major contributors that help cool and condition in the big industrial, commercial as well as the institutional sectors and are used to reduce the temperature of various equipment like computer parts or robotic machinery. Industrial water chillers are used in large capacity applications where heat generated by air cooled chillers create problems. They are also used in water coolers to cool down the drinking water which can as well be added to various drinks and beverages. If you are going to buy one water chiller for yourself then it is always better to know their functioning. This can help you to choose the right one as per your requirement.

Plastics 
In the plastics industry, a chilling system cools the hot plastic that is injected, blown, extruded or stamped. A chilling system can also cool down the equipment that is used to create plastic products (hydraulics of the molding machine, gear box and barrel of the extruder) that saves on energy and on the wear and tear of the machine itself.

In the printing industry, a chiller not only removes the heat generated by the friction of the printing rollers, but cools down the paper after it comes out of the ink drying ovens in the process.

In the beverage industry, a chiller removes the heat gained from the process during mixing, cooking, or after pasteurizing the product. 

Medical
If you use high tech equipment for magnetic resonance imaging, scanning, blood cooling and laboratory testing, you'll need a cooling system to remove all the heat generated.
