Corrosive environments are extremelly important. We all know energy efficiency and reliability are key aspects when it comes to choosing chillers . The geographical location, though, can be an equally important aspect.

All those installations near the sea coast, or in those settings exposing units to humidity, salt, and other corrosive agents in the atmosphere, need proper protection from those agents.

Corrosion is a very common cause of failure in all those chiller systems in potentially corrosive outdoor environments. Saline coastal environments, large processing facilities like refineries, heavy industrial production areas, auto emissions and power generation facilities, they all release a variety of contaminants that can cause corrosion.

Corrosion can affect heat exchangers and condenser coils, which can fail rapidly. So, to ensure the durability and reliability of the chiller equipment in those environments, protection from aggressive elements is fundamental.

Air water chillers have condensers designed to exchange heat from refrigerant to ambient air. They use air as the condensing medium.

An air-cooled condenser unit typically features finned coils. This increases the surface area of the condenser in contact with air. One or more fans are used to blow air over the finned coil to further improve heat transfer. The amount of heat rejected by an air-cooled condenser depends on the rate of airflow over the coils and the air‘s dry-bulb temperature.

The advantage of using air-cooled water chillers is their simplicity and low cost. They can be installed as stand-alone units without requiring additional infrastructures such as cooling water supply lines and cooling towers.

1. Condenser

Epoxy anti-corrosion paint is a kind of coating with epoxy resin and modified epoxy resin as the main film-forming material. It has excellent adhesion, chemical corrosion resistance, good alkali resistance and hard coating; it is the most important varieties of anti-corrosion paints.

2. FRP Fan

The impeller and casing of the FRP axial flow fan are made of FRP composite material. This series of fans has the characteristics of simple structure, low noise, easy installation, good anti-corrosion performance, high static pressure and efficiency, stable operation and small mechanical vibration. Widely used in pickling sections, laboratories, basements, power plants, electroplating, oxidation plants and other places containing corrosive gases. It is also suitable for ventilation in general industrial and mining enterprises, warehouses, office buildings, residences and other places.

The chiller can be manufactured as a split system.The evaporator can be installed indoors in a plant room for example and the condenser installed outdoors.

2. Remote Control:

Simply remote control is by connecting the point on our chiller ele box.

3. Soft Starters

In installations where the power supply is not robust softe starers can be supplied on the compressors to limit the in-rush current on compressor start up.

4. Compressor VSD
