Separated-vacuum Hopper Loaders
1.Introduction
AL-700G/800G series “Standard” separate-vacuum hopper loaders are suitable for conveying material over long distance. Main unit and hopper designed separated, All models adopt stainless steel hopper to ensure no contamination to raw material and they are equipped blower with high efficiency and high pressure. All these models also features light weight, durablity, great suction power, easy installation and operation.

Standard configuration
1. Main and hopper designed separated, to ensures safety and convenient.
2. Stainless hopper receiver ensure no contamination.
3. Microprocessor controlled for ease of use and multiple alarm indicators.
4. Motor overload protector ensures long motor lifespan.
5. Separate filter installed, easy to remove pooling of powder.
6. Vacuum hopper can be directly mounted on moulding machine’s hopper.
7. Photosensor hopper can be directly mounted on moulding machine’s feed port.
8. Filter status checking window for easier monitor of filter condition.
Accessory option
1. It is suggested opting for cyclone dust collector to reduce cleaning times of filter when regrind material occupies over 30% of total raw material.
2. Proportional valve GPV is available option, which is adopted to mix virgin regrind material, as well as instantly recycle regrind material.
