Industrial Plastic Material Processing Dehumidifying Dryers
1.Introduction
DD series dehumidifying dryers combine dehumidifying and drying systems a single unit. They have many applications in processing plastic materials, such as PA, PC, PBT, PET etc. Under ideal conditions, it can provide dehumidified dry air with a dew-point lower than -40℃.
2. Plastic Material Dehumidifying Dryer Features
Standard configuration
1.The DD dehumidifying dryers use rotor dehumidifiers with an eye-catching semi-integral appearance.
2.Each model combines dehumidifying and drying functions a single unit.
3.Heat preserved drying hopper barrel adopts down blowpipe design and collocates with cyclone air exhaust to avoid heat lost and improve drying efficiency.
4.Compact in size for ease of movement and space saving.
5.Microprocessor is the standard equipment.
Accessory option
1.Dew-point monitor is available as option.
2.Suction box and hopper loader are optional for conveying material conveniently.
3.PLC control plus LCD touch screen is optional for convenient centralized control.
