1. The basic principle of cold storage refrigeration


The basic principle of cold storage refrigeration is mainly through the circulation of liquid refrigerant in the whole system, and the cooling effect is achieved through continuous heat absorption and heat release. After the liquid refrigerant absorbs enough heat of the object on the evaporator, it will vaporize, and after vaporizing into vapor, it will be sucked by the compressor power. After being compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure steam by the compressor, it is then discharged into the condenser, where heat is released to water or air, and then condensed into high-pressure liquid. After passing through the threshold of the throttling valve, it becomes the initial low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant after throttling, and then enters the evaporator again in sequence, and a series of reactions after the production are repeated to achieve the purpose of refrigeration.


The above series of reactions can be called a refrigeration cycle, including four basic links: evaporation, compression, condensation, and throttling.


2. Components of the refrigeration system


1. Refrigerant


Refrigerant plays a leading role in the whole cycle, it will absorb heat in the evaporator to achieve cooling effect.


2. Compressor


The compressor acts as a driving force. It controls functions such as suction, compression, and delivery.


3. Condenser


The function of the condenser is mainly to remove the heat absorbed by the refrigerant and the heat generated when the machine is running.


4. Throttle valve


The throttle valve plays the role of throttling and depressurization, which can effectively control and adjust the amount of refrigerant.


5. Other auxiliary equipment


In addition to the four main components mentioned above, it also includes distributors, economizers, pressure controllers, solenoid valves, dryers, fusible plugs and other components. These components ensure overall operational safety and reliability.
