How to troubleshoot a complete set of air-cooled chillers?
If the following situations occur, the packaged air-cooled chiller will not be energized:
· Loose connection
· Incorrect connection
· Damaged circuit breaker
· The power switch is "off"
Insufficient fluid flow
· There is not enough liquid in the tank.
· Partially opened valve.
· Coolant is not suitable for temperature requirements.
· The fluid filter is clogged.
· The pump is malfunctioning.
Insufficient cooling
· The air filter is clogged.
· The heat transfer characteristics of the fluid have been destroyed.
· Leakage of refrigerant.
· The evaporator is frozen
Some other problems you can solve are:
· First, find the source of the problem
· Make sure the switch is turned on. Sometimes the switch may turn off without your knowledge
· Understand whether the complete set of air-cooled chillers are cooling normally
· So be sure to check the refrigerant temperature at the outlet of the chiller.
· If the temperature is not in the standard position, the evaporator may be overcooled.
· Make sure your pump is working properly. If the valve remains open or the pump does not work, the flow rate of the coolant will be affected.
· Check weather and environmental factors. The integral air-cooled chiller may be overloaded due to the set temperature.
· If the complete air-cooled chiller is suddenly moved to an area that is not friendly to it, its cooling capacity will be affected.
· If there is any change in the voltage, it may also affect the operation of the complete air-cooled chiller.
