2. The main power supply is poorly connected or there is a phase gap, which needs to be reconnected and the phase loss problem should be solved.
3. The connection sequence of the main power supply is wrong, and any two phases of the main power supply should be turned off and adjusted first.
b.The reason and treatment method of the alarm caused by the water temperature of the chiller is too low:
There are impurities in the evaporator in the refrigeration system, causing the water temperature of the cooler to be too low, and it is necessary to clean up the impurities and dirt in the evaporator immediately.
c.The reason and treatment method of compressor motor overload in water chiller refrigeration system:
1. It is caused by the excessive loading of refrigerant, and the excessive refrigerant in the unit needs to be discharged immediately.
2. The heat load of the goods in the production workshop is too large, and the power of the unit is too small. It is necessary to reduce the heat load of the goods in the workshop or replace the equipment with more power.
3. The current of the thermal relay of the chiller is not suitable, and the relay parameters need to be set.
4. The compressor winding insulation in the refrigeration system is damaged, and new insulation materials need to be replaced.
d.The cause and treatment method of abnormal water pressure alarm of chiller:
1. When the inlet and outlet of the pipeline are closed, the inlet valve must be opened in time
2. When the pipeline is blocked, check the pipeline in the chiller refrigeration system and clear the blockage.
