1.According to different temperature changes in four seasons, the pressure display of the water chiller is also different.
2.When the reactor water chiller works normally, the high-pressure display is 11-17kg, and the low-pressure display is normal within the range of 3-5 kg.
3.Check whether the hot water system of the chiller is normal, whether the cooling tower fan and sprinkler shaft operate well, and whether the water make-up of the built-in water tank of the chiller is normal.
4.The small chiller shall be cleaned once a year when it is used for 5 months. The main cleaning parts include: cooling water tower, cooling water pipe and condenser to ensure better cooling effect.
5.When the chiller is not used for a long time, the circuit switches such as the main power supply of the water pump, compressor and cooling tower should be turned off in time to ensure safety.
6.During the normal operation of the low-temperature water-cooled chiller, it is inevitable that dirt or other impurities will affect the refrigeration effect. Therefore, in order to prolong the service life of the main unit and make the refrigeration effect reach a better state, regular maintenance and repair work should be done to ensure the operation quality of the chiller and improve the production efficiency.
7.Employees should regularly check whether the voltage and electric flow of the chiller are stable, whether the compressor running sound is normal, when the chiller works normally, the voltage is 381V, and the current is within the range of 11A-15A. It is also necessary to regularly check whether the refrigerant of the industrial chiller leaks, which can be determined by referring to the parameters displayed on the high and low pressure meter on the front panel of the host.

Low temperature water-cooled chillers in the electroplating industry have many acidic and alkaline solutions that need to be cooled, which are highly corrosive, so they need to be specially made. In addition, the water pump of the chiller needs to be made of stainless steel. The components must have anti-corrosion effects, and use titanium tube evaporators or stainless steel evaporators. Otherwise, the use of electroplating will corrode the chiller components and affect the service life of the chiller. Other special industries should also be customized according to the particularity of the industry
