The main components
The standard design adopts a fully enclosed outdoor cooling tower special motor, the protection grade is IP55, and the insulation grade is F.
motor
It can run continuously for a long time in a humid and hot environment, and has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, long life and high stability, and can be adapted to different voltages.
Efficient fan
Adopt axial flow fan, low noise, high efficiency, high strength, light weight aluminum alloy blade adopts hollow airfoil design, and the installation angle can be fine-tuned steplessly to meet a wide range of air volume and requirements, and meet the needs of different sites. The aluminum alloy blade is anodized on the surface and has strong corrosion resistance.

Belt box
The transmission mode of the motor power above 4Kw adopts belt drive; the belt box transmission system is equipped with durable NSK bearings and Samsung belts imported from Japan, which can run in a humid environment for a long time without being affected.
All belt boxes have passed the factory dynamic balance test to minimize belt wear and tear.
Case
The FRP components produced with high-quality raw materials such as anti-ultraviolet imported gel coat and alkali-free fiber felt have good chemical and biological inertness, firm structure and no deformation.
Framework
The use of thick steel and hot dip galvanized treatment greatly improves the service life of the cooling tower.
304/316 stainless steel material can be used according to special requirements.
Water distribution system
The internal water inlet pipe structure is adopted, and the inlet and outlet flanges of the cooling tower are set on the central cylinder at the bottom of the cooling tower. It greatly saves installation space and installation time, and also saves the cost of installing and piping for users. The high-quality ABS rotor or copper rotor is used, and the water distribution pipe is stable and durable, so that the water distribution effect of the cooling tower has been fully exerted and the best cooling performance is guaranteed.
Filler
The unique modular design is easy to install and clean. The packing is compression-molded and the waveform is stable, which ensures the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat sink, which not only fully guarantees the thermal performance of the cooling tower, but also reduces the ventilation resistance of the water spray to a minimum, saving the operating power of the water tower and reducing the energy consumption.
Inlet net
Made of PVC material, the air inlet net acts as a guide to make the airflow more uniform and reduce water splashing. Prevent debris from blowing into the tower and keep the chassis clean. FRP material can be used according to special requirements.
