Principle
The operation of the constant humidity and constant humidity machine system is through three interrelated systems: refrigerant circulation system, air circulation system and electrical automatic control system
Refrigerant Circulating System:
The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat of the air (the air is cooled and dehumidified) and begins to evaporate. Finally, a certain temperature difference is formed between the refrigerant and the air. The liquid refrigerant also completely evaporates and becomes a gas, which is then sucked in and compressed by the compressor (the pressure and temperature increase). The gas refrigerant absorbs the heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled) and condenses into a liquid. After throttling through the expansion valve (or capillary tube), it will become a low temperature and low pressure refrigerant and enter the evaporator to complete the refrigerant circulation process.
Air Circulation System:
The fan is responsible for drawing air from the return air inlet. After passing through the evaporator (cooling and dehumidification), humidifier and heater (heating), the air is sent to the space required by the user through the supply outlet. The air sent out mixes with the air in the space and returns to the return air inlet.

Electrical Automatic Control System
Including power supply part and automatic control part. The power supply part supplies power to the compressor, fan, humidifier, etc. through the contactor. Automatic control is divided into temperature and humidity control and fault protection: The temperature and humidity control is to compare the temperature and humidity of the return air with the temperature and humidity set by the user through the temperature and humidity controller, and automatically operate the compressor (cooling, dehumidification), humidifier, electric heating (heating) and other components to achieve the automatic control of constant temperature and humidity. The fault protection control is achieved through the combination of pressure protection, time delay device, relay, overload protection, etc. to control the fault protection of compressor, fan, humidifier and other components.
Unit Characteristic
1. Advanced control. The unit is controlled by intelligent instrument or programmable logic controller (PLC) with high control accuracy and reliability. With the seasonal energy efficiency ratio (SEER) as the optimization goal, the system matching theory is fully introduced, and the computer aided design technology is widely used to optimize the design (selection) of the structural parameters of each component of the refrigeration system, so that the performance matching between the components in the system is reasonable and can form a complete whole, so as to ensure its efficient and reliable operation under various working conditions throughout the year.
5. Fully apply modern control technology and optimize the control model to ensure that the unit operation mode can adapt to the change of annual working conditions and improve the seasonal energy efficiency ratio of the unit.
6. One machine is multi-purpose, with wide temperature control range (5~32 ℃) and high operation efficiency throughout the year. A fresh air ventilator interface is reserved, and users can configure a fresh air ventilator. In the transitional season and winter, the unit can automatically introduce the outdoor low temperature air into the room to achieve the purpose of ventilation and cooling. At the same time, it can reduce the operating time of the host to achieve the purpose of energy conservation. This feature is especially suitable for occasions requiring air exchange in transitional seasons and cooling in winter.

Structural Features
