The high-performance twin screw semi enclosed compressor specially designed for R134a refrigerant can operate efficiently under full load and partial load. A new heat exchange technology is applied to strengthen the heat transfer efficiency of the water side and the refrigerant side, and improve the performance of the heat exchanger. The electronic expansion valve precisely controls the refrigerant flow and optimizes the system. The unit performance factor (COP) is an important indicator to evaluate the energy conservation of the unit. The highest COP of Anyida falling film chiller is 6.31, higher than the level of conventional units in the industry, which can save users a lot of operating costs.
2. Green and environmental protection
The whole series of units adopt R134a environment-friendly refrigerant, with high refrigeration efficiency, no damage to the atmospheric ozone layer, fully meeting the Montreal agreement, and no elimination time. The full series of units use the full falling film water chiller, which is the first in the industry, to greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency of the unit, and at the same time, reduce the refrigerant charge of the unit with the same cooling capacity by about 40%. International leading screw compressor technology
1. Cutting edge screw compressor technology
The semi closed twin-screw compressor is adopted, and the screw rotor is made of Y-shaped line with optimized compression process, processed by German KAPP high-precision rotor tooth grinder, and precisely measured by German HEXAGON high-precision coordinate measuring machine, to ensure that the performance and reliability of the compressor reach the international standard. Twin screw rotor adopts five teeth to six teeth asymmetric patent design, with machining accuracy up to micrometer level and stable operation. Sweden SKF bearing is adopted, which is of the same level as the space engine bearing, and has a long service life. The continuous operation time of the main engine is guaranteed to be ≥ 50000h.
2. Technology of adding air and increasing enthalpy
The water-cooled falling film water chiller adopts an optimized system design scheme, which is combined with the optimal air inlet design of the compressor and an efficient and high-quality economizer to greatly improve the supercooling of the condenser and the unit efficiency. 3. Advanced capacity regulation system, better partial load
The four stage capacity regulating system is composed of the capacity regulating slide valve, the capacity regulating solenoid valve and the capacity regulating oil pressure piston. The four stage capacity regulating range is 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. The control mode of stepless regulation can also be used.
4. Enclosed design of motor
The compressor motor is set at the air inlet of the compressor, and the refrigerant cooling method is adopted. The unique design of the air inlet passage ensures the full cooling of the motor. The motor does not radiate heat from the machine room, so the cooling capacity of the chiller need not be considered for the ventilation of the machine room. The motor of the compressor is designed with large capacity, and the motor directly drives the rotor to operate with high efficiency.
High efficiency heat exchange technology
1. Total falling film evaporation technology
It is the first falling film chiller in the industry, and the refrigerant charge is about 40% less than the traditional evaporator. By using the spray falling film technology, the refrigerant forms a liquid film on the surface of the high-efficiency heat exchange tube, so that the film evaporation can greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator. To avoid uneven liquid distribution, the refrigerant distributor is specially designed to avoid local mains.
2. New condenser
The double side enhanced high efficiency condenser tube is adopted, and the tube bundle layout in the condenser is optimized. The newly designed multiple disturbance flow cooler ensures the degree of supercooling above 5 ℃ through the countercurrent subcooling of refrigerant, which makes the heat transfer performance better and improves the heat transfer efficiency.
3. High efficiency expansion valve
The unit uses electronic expansion valve and liquid level sensor to control the refrigerant of evaporator and precisely control the water temperature. The electronic expansion valve is of international famous brand, with fast response, rapid adjustment and wide energy adjustment range.
Oil system technology
The falling film chiller has a technologically advanced oil circuit control system to ensure the stable operation of the unit. The differential pressure oil supply is adopted, without external oil pump, and the moving parts in the compressor can maintain the best lubrication effect. The unit adopts a unique oil separation and return system to ensure stable operation of the unit. The first heavy oil separation compressor is equipped with a three-stage oil separator to ensure low oil carrying capacity. The second heavy oil separation condenser is equipped with an efficient oil separator, which controls the oil separation efficiency to be above 99.99%, enabling the system to return oil normally under partial load and full load, making the system operate reliably and stably, and improving the operating range of the unit. The dual oil return system adopts oil separation oil return and venturi injection oil return, and high-pressure gas venturi injection oil return. The evaporator is safe and reliable without oil. The unit is equipped with oil heater, and the control system will preheat the lubricating oil temperature according to the unit status, so that the oil can maintain the best viscosity at any time to ensure the best lubrication characteristics. At the same time, the external oil filter is convenient for replacement.
Microcomputer control system
The microcomputer control system of the unit has advanced prediction trend, remote control, self diagnosis, adjustment, safety protection and other functions. The load intelligent control microcomputer control system predicts the real-time load change according to the target value and the load level of the same period in history, and makes forward-looking corrections to the unit load, so as to avoid the frequent fluctuations of the unit water temperature affecting the system energy consumption and the abnormal shutdown caused by the regulation lag. Unit safety intelligent control. The control system will monitor the change trend of various parameters of the unit, and adjust the operating state of the unit at any time to make the unit operate in a safe range. Intelligent fault handling. When the unit has a fault, in addition to implementing the corresponding protective measures, it will also record the operating parameters at the moment of the fault for manual troubleshooting and handling. The unit adopts high-precision sensors and optimal control algorithm to control the unit without deviation, so as to keep the unit in the best operating state at any time.
1. Large temperature difference and small flow system
The inlet and outlet water temperature difference of the traditional air conditioning system is 5 ℃. The large temperature difference and small flow system reduce the water flow by increasing the inlet and outlet water temperature difference (7~10 ℃), thereby reducing the pump power, cooling tower power, reducing the pipe size, and reducing the overall energy consumption of the system. The system with large temperature difference and small flow is applicable to all kinds of conventional projects, especially the system transformation projects with increased air conditioning cooling load.
2. Variable flow system of primary pump
In the variable flow primary pump system, the variable flow chilled water unit is selected. When the unit is running, the difference between the supply and return water temperature of the evaporator is basically constant, and the flow on the evaporation side changes with the flow on the load side, so as to achieve demand cooling supply, and make it possible to reduce the water supply of the pump under partial load, and ultimately reduce the energy consumption of the system operation. Variable primary pump flow system is applicable to projects with large change of air conditioning cooling load and long partial load period.
