The working principle of the closed tower:


It uses the pressure generated by the water pump or other pressure device to make the water with higher temperature from the condenser, absorber or process equipment, that is, the cooling water is transported to the cooling coil of the cooling tower, and the circulating water enters the cooling tower. , through the movement in the cooling tower and the exchange of heat with the wind fluid, the return water after entering the cooling tower passes through the pressure swirl nozzle device installed at the top of the tower and the upper part of the air duct to form a vertical downward high-speed The moving jet of small water droplet particles completes the task of increasing the surface area of the water droplet.


In the process of falling, the water droplets will also encounter the rising air flow, which delays the falling speed of the water particles, thereby prolonging the heat exchange time. The heat of the fluid is first transferred to the inner wall of the copper tube, then to the outer wall of the copper tube from the inner wall, and then to the spray water film from the outer wall. The water film and the air form saturated hot and humid steam. Recycling device to reduce spray water loss.


When the spray water is reduced to a certain amount, the water is automatically replenished by the floating ball valve, and so on. In addition, because the cooling tower removes the packing device and becomes a hollow tower, the resistance in the tower is reduced. Under the action of the fan, the wind speed and air volume are increased, and the air-water ratio is improved, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the cooling effect.

7. Condenser: The condenser is the core component of the cooling tower. Its reasonable structural size and reasonable arrangement will directly affect the heat exchange efficiency of the entire cooling tower, and will also affect the cooling capacity of the entire cooling tower for cooling water. The inclined arrangement of the condenser is conducive to draining the water in the condenser in winter and preventing the copper pipe from freezing and cracking; as shown in the following figure:
