The difference between R32 refrigerant and R410A refrigerant

Compared with R410A, the saturation pressure of R32 is about 3% higher, the exhaust temperature is 8-15 degrees higher, the power is 3-5% higher, and the energy efficiency ratio is about 5% higher.

1. R32 is flammable, but non-flammable gas, colorless, colorless and transparent liquid under normal temperature and pressure;

2. R32 is easy to dissolve in oil, but difficult to dissolve in water;

3. The toxicity of R32, R22, R410A, and R290 all belong to Class A safety level;

4. The ignition temperature of R32 is 648°C, the upper limit of combustion is 33.4%, and the lower limit of combustion is 12.7%;

5. The charging volume of R32 system is less than that of R10A system.

 

How to treat the flammability of R32 refrigerant?

1. Security level.

The international standards ISO817 and ISO5149 have defined the R32 safety level as A2L, that is, the flammability is lower than that of A2.

Note: 1. The combustion level is: 1—non-flammable; 2—moderately flammable; 3—highly flammable; 2L—slightly flammable; 2. Japan defines R32 refrigerant as a non-flammable refrigerant;

Precautions for R32 product application

1. If you need to lengthen the copper tube, you need to use a thickened copper tube with a thickness ≥ 0.8mm;

2. Pay attention to the difference in pipe diameter between the installation and wiring and the R22 refrigerant;

3. The internal unit and the connecting pipe must be vacuumed and maintained to ensure that there is no leakage in the system, and the form of emptying is not allowed to replace vacuuming;

4. For the extended copper tube, it is necessary to add refrigerant according to the situation:

When the connecting pipe is less than or equal to 8m, there is no need to add additional refrigerant. If the connecting pipe exceeds 8m (based on the liquid pipe), it is necessary to add refrigerant for every 1m beyond 5m. Electronic scales must be used for quantitative addition , It is not allowed to add by feeling or according to parameters such as current and pressure.
