For the air-cooled global united industrial chiller used for water-cooled circulation cooling and condensing heat, since it uses an air-cooled condensing heat dissipation system, there is no water-cooling condensing system for the water chiller. The fan in the heat dissipation part of the air cooler needs to be anti-freeze. The focus should be on the lubricating oil of the fan. If it runs continuously, there is no need to worry about the anti-freezing problem of lubricating oil. If the chiller is used intermittently or is not used for a long time, you should pay attention to the anti-freezing of the fan.


If the industrial water chiller is not used for a long time, the condensing fan of the air-cooled machine should be cleaned and painted with protective oil. It is best to be waterproof to prevent frostbite of the air-cooled machine fan caused by cold weather in winter. For intermittent use, the fan lubricating oil should be scraped off when production is stopped, and then an appropriate amount of lubricating oil should be added during use. When the air-cooled industrial chiller is working normally, the condensing system guarantees sufficient water flow and water pressure, and the problem of freezing of the cooling water basically does not occur, but once it is not in use, the circulating water in the system should be drained. Let it dry to avoid freezing and cracking in the system, which may lead to catastrophic accidents.


Water-cooled industrial chillers are different from air-cooled industrial chillers. The cooling component of water-cooled chillers is a water circulation system, not a fan condensing system, so the antifreeze task is more difficult, even during normal operation, antifreeze work must be performed.


When starting from the antifreeze of the industrial chiller water cooling evaporation system, investigate and prevent the cooling and thawing conditions. Generally speaking, when using a water-cooled chiller in winter, it is recommended to add antifreeze to the cooling water, but it is necessary to figure out the concentration of the antifreeze in the water and the ratio of the antifreeze to the cooling water. Adding too much will have a certain chemical effect on the water cooling system, such as pipes and seasonings, and the tower body of the water tower.


In addition to the water cooling system, industrial chillers also start with the refrigerant. When the temperature of the refrigerant is too low, performance changes may occur. If the water-cooled chiller is not used for a short period of time in winter, it should be turned on and warmed up frequently. Before the formal use, the water pump and cooling tower should be turned on before the compressor. . After ensuring the cycle warm-up of the whole system, start the work formally.
