400kw Seawater Cooled Chiller Delivery to Vietnam
Seawater is an abundant and free source of cooling, potentially reducing energy costs compared to air-cooled systems.But seawater is highly corrosive, so all materials in contact with it need to be resistant to corrosion (like titanium, or specially treated materials).
Here we adopt Shell and Ti Tube heat exchanger for seawater side, seawater is pumped through the condenser, and it absorbs the heat from the refrigerant, cooling it down. As the refrigerant cools, it condenses back into a liquid.
