1. Check the electrical system before starting up
Check whether the electrical load is required for use; whether the maximum working load of the unit can bear.
Check whether the main power cord of the unit has a short-circuit switch;
Confirm that the external wiring is tightly installed, the wiring is correct, and the contact points are free from corrosion, rust, dust accumulation, and other phenomena.
2. Inspection of compressor and refrigerant piping system
It should be confirmed that the oil level of the compressor is at a normal value;
Confirm whether the compressor suction, air stop valve, valve on the pipe, angle valve, ball valve, etc. are open;
Check the high and low pressure values of the compressor. The lubricating oil preheating time can reach more than 8H.

6. Daily maintenance and management are refined
When there is sediment and algae in the cooling water of the equipment pipeline, pay attention to maintenance, cleaning, and cleaning, because this will cause the efficiency of the unit to decrease, and the pollution can be solved by the agent or special cleaning fluid. Water quality inspection and analysis should be done every month to use chemical solutions to corrode metal pipes.
