Refrigerant recovery steps for air-cooled chillers (two people recommended)

 

1.Close the filter angle valve: turn the filter angle valve protective cover counterclockwise, and turn the filter angle valve middle rod clockwise until it is locked.

2.Shield the low-pressure switch of the compressor: Use an electric pen to jam the low-pressure switch shrapnel (hold) on the low-pressure switch.

 

3.Exhaust angle valve: Open the compressor exhaust angle valve protective cover counterclockwise, and turn the exhaust angle valve middle rod clockwise (2-3 turns)

 

4.Normal startup: wait for the compressor to start. After the compressor starts, observe the low pressure value of the compressor (quickly close the exhaust angle valve at 1-0.5 bar) and release the low pressure switch. After the low pressure switch is released, the unit will alarm and stop or directly press the emergency stop button.

 

5.Inspiratory needle: Find the inspiratory needle and deflate.

 

6.Liquid line solenoid valve: Find the liquid line solenoid valve coil or terminal strip and energize the liquid line solenoid valve coil (wait for the refrigerant to drain out)

7. After the refrigerant is drained: the refrigeration oil, refrigerant filter, oil filter, liquid line solenoid valve, expansion valve, evaporator maintenance, compressor capacity regulating valve and related pipeline maintenance can be replaced.
