There are several common reasons for the high power consumption of constant temperature cold storage:
1. The choice of innovation, second-hand equipment, and second-hand boards leads to higher power consumption.
Reason: The internal structure of second-hand equipment is worn, and it is not as stable as new equipment. Just like used equipment, it has a long lifespan. Then innovate, the interior has been used for a long time, and many parts are worn out, resulting in higher electricity bills.
Reason: Second-hand boards and constant temperature cold storage boards are generally used for about 10 years and have a long service life. After two disassembly and assembly, many seals were partially damaged, and the thermal insulation performance of the polyurethane inside the warehouse board decreased, resulting in loss of cooling capacity, poor thermal insulation effect, prolonged working hours of the unit, and high electricity bills.
Solution: Choose the constant temperature cold storage unit equipped by the regular company, and choose the second-hand equipment as little as possible.

Reason: When the constant temperature cold storage is in use, the door is not closed, the light is not turned off, the heat enters, the lamp in the storage is turned on for a long time, the temperature in the storage rises, and the unit starts to work.
Reason: The constant temperature cold storage chooses to enter and exit at noon. The high outdoor temperature at noon caused the temperature to enter the warehouse. The high heat of other cargo will also cause the unit to work for a long time.
Solution: If the demand for goods is frequent and the time of the goods cannot be controlled, an air curtain can be installed at the door of the warehouse, so that the air curtain can isolate the heat outside the warehouse, reduce the loss of cooling energy in the warehouse, and naturally reduce the working time of the unit. .
3. Failure to maintain constant temperature cold storage panels, compressors, air curtains, and defrosting of exhaust pipes leads to increased equipment power.
Reason: Plates and equipment, like cars, also need to be maintained on time. Therefore, we should be clear that the plates in the constant temperature cold storage are used for a long time, the silica gel simply falls off, the plates are simply bumped, and the sealing effect is not good.
Reason: There are materials in the unit that need to be replaced on time, such as refrigeration oil. If it is not replaced for a long time, just like the transmission oil and oil of the car, it will become dark and thick, affecting the working effect.
Solution: Maintain the constant temperature cold storage on time, check the sealing effect in the warehouse, see if there is black colloid under the warehouse door, whether there is air flowing out, and close the door tightly. Then, use the lighter on the bottom to test if the fire will go out. If there is a cold phenomenon, you can tell the maintenance team to make adjustments. 4. Improper design of cold storage, insufficient thermal insulation thickness or unreasonable equipment configuration;
