      How much do you know about the chiller protection? In the process of work, in order to ensure normal operation, the ice water machine will have protection devices. The general protection devices include suction and discharge pressure protection, oil pressure difference protection, cooling water jacket cut-off protection and other measures. What are these protection measures? What about working?


  The compressor discharge temperature and oil temperature protection of the ice water machine: to prevent the discharge temperature from being too high and the oil from being too low or too high. Use the temperature controller to stop the compressor when the above temperature reaches the warning value.


  The cooling water jacket cut-off protection of the ice water machine: the ammonia compressor cylinder head is equipped with a cooling water jacket to apply external cooling to the compression process. The cooling water cut-off protection control of the water flow relay seat, if the continuous cut-off reaches the specified time, the compressor will be controlled to stop. In the refrigeration system where the refrigerant liquid pump is used to force the liquid supply cycle to the evaporator, if the pump is not running at night, it will cause cavitation damage to the refrigerant liquid pump and burn the motor. Use the pressure difference controller to detect the fluid pressure difference before and after the pump. If the pressure difference does not reach the normal value for 8-15s, the pump will be controlled to stop running.


  The suction and discharge pressure protection of the ice water machine: mainly to prevent the compressor suction pressure from being too low and the discharge pressure from being too high. With the pressure controller, when the suction pressure and the discharge pressure reach the warning pressure value, the compressor will stop running.


  Oil pressure difference protection of ice water machine: It is used for the compressor with oil pump to prevent the oil pump from not being oiled to affect the compressor lubrication and cause the cylinder unloading mechanism to not work normally. The protection method is to use the oil pressure difference controller to detect the oil pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the oil pump. If the oil pressure difference continues for about 60g and does not reach the normal value (about 0.15MPa), the compressor will be stopped.


The application areas of ice water machine are:

Such as rotary evaporator, distiller and condenser, which have the characteristics of controllable temperature, stable temperature and high condensation efficiency, which can effectively improve the recovery rate. At the same time, its fluid purification function can avoid clogging of the circulation pipeline and the growth of microorganisms.

   4. The ice water machine is used in supporting medical laser equipment. The unique water quality treatment characteristics of this type of ice water machine make it an ideal choice for supporting laboratory equipment for medical laser equipment. This series of ice water machines are also widely used in atomic absorption spectrometers, fermentation equipment, reactors, electrophoresis, etc.

The ice water machine must be paid attention to during use. First, liquid medium should be added to the tank before use. Secondly, the working power supply should be determined according to the model of the machine. The power supply power should be greater than or equal to the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must be well grounded. Once again, the ice water machine should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, and the side that was brought to the side should be 400mm away from the obstacle. Finally, after using the ice water machine, all switches should be turned off, and the power plug should be connected, using a suction ball and a leather tube. The liquid in the tank is sucked dry.
