Introduction

According to the principle of the oil chiller refrigeration system, the low temperature and low pressure liquid refrigerant exchanges heat with the surrounding water in the evaporator. The evaporator absorbs the heat of the oil and evaporates into a low temperature and low pressure gas. The temperature of the refrigerant remains unchanged during the evaporation process. The low temperature and low pressure gas refrigerant enters the compressor and is compressed into a high temperature and high pressure gas by the compressor. Then it enters the condenser where it exchanges heat with the indoor medium, Part of the heat in the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous state is absorbed by the medium, the medium temperature rises, the refrigerant releases heat into the high-temperature and high-pressure liquid, the condenser process temperature remains unchanged, and then enters the expansion valve for throttling. Throttling is a process of rapid cooling, and the refrigerant becomes the low-temperature and low-pressure liquid. After this process, the refrigerant enters the evaporator for heat exchange and evaporation, so as to achieve the whole process of the refrigeration system. This cycle is continuous, The oil can be continuously cooled.

Application

1. Cutting

Many cutting machine tools (machining centers, lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, etc.) require high-speed rotation of tools or spindles to generate heat, which also generates a lot of heat during the cutting process. In these machine tools, the parts that usually need to be cooled, such as the main shaft, cutting fluid, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, electric control cabinet, etc., require oil cooler (oil cooler) to cool these parts

Such as electric spark machine, polishing machine, grinding machine, etc.

When using the oil cooling unit, the oil system is easy to be blocked by some iron filings, so a filter must be installed.

Internal and external circulating oil pump systems or closed water tank systems are required.



Maintenance

1. Start the oil cooler. From March to November each year, the operator is required to start the oil cooler in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. It is specified that the oil cooler should be started when the equipment is started in each shift.

2. Observation of oil cooler. The oil cooler is set with a certain refrigeration temperature. The operator should pay attention to the displayed value of oil temperature when operating the equipment. When the oil temperature is higher than the set value for a long time, the operator should report the situation to the maintenance personnel in time.

3. Clean the oil tank. When the oil cooler runs for about 2 weeks, open the oil drain port of the oil tank to drain oil to remove the water entering the bottom of the oil tank. The cooling coil of LO-C unit shall be cleaned regularly to prevent the cooling capacity from decreasing. The cooling coil shall not be damaged during cleaning, and the bottom of the oil tank shall be completely cleaned.

4. Clean the air filter screen. Clean the air filter screen every two weeks (at least once a week in severe environment). Remove the filter screen before cleaning, and remove the dust with a vacuum cleaner or air spray gun. In case of serious dirt, the air filter screen shall be cleaned with warm water and neutral detergent with a temperature not exceeding 40 ℃. After cleaning, air dry the water and then replace it.

5. Check regularly. Regularly check and clean the oil suction filter screen according to the cleanliness of the oil to prevent dirt blockage.

6. Clean the unit surface. When the unit surface is dirty, neutral detergent or high-quality soapy water shall be used to scrub with a soft cloth. Pay attention not to use petroleum, acid solvent, grinding powder, steel brush and sandpaper to prevent damage to the sprayed surface.

7. Check before reuse. After being placed for a long time for reuse or used for a long time, check whether the oil cooler heat exchanger is blocked by dust and dirt. If necessary, clean the surface with dry compressed air, vacuum cleaner or soft brush. Be careful not to damage the fins of the heat exchanger during this work.



Matters Needing Attention

1. The chilled water pump cannot operate without water in the water tank;

2. Avoid continuous switching when operating the switch;

3. When the freezing water temperature reaches the set temperature, the compressor automatically stops running, which is a normal phenomenon;

4. The temperature switch shall not be set below 5 ℃ to prevent the evaporator from freezing (except for the cryogenic refrigerator);

5. In order to ensure the refrigeration effect of the oil cooler and maintain the best state, please clean the condenser, evaporator and water filter regularly.
