Glycol refrigerator refers to mechanical equipment that uses a compressor to change the pressure of the refrigerant gas to achieve low-temperature refrigeration. Preparation before commissioning of glycol refrigeration unit:
1. Check whether the installation of the glycol refrigeration unit meets the technical requirements, whether the foundation of the unit meets the requirements, and whether the size, specification, and material of the connecting pipeline meet the design requirements.
2. Check whether the power supply system of the freezer is normal.
3. Carry out a water flow test on the refrigeration system of the glycol refrigeration unit, flush the dirt of the water system, the water pump should work normally, and the circulating water volume meets the requirements of the working conditions.
4. Check whether the pressure gauge, thermometer and sensor on the pipeline are normal.
5. Check whether the water pressure in the pipeline is normal.
6. Prepare the necessary safety protection equipment during operation.
How to do the debugging of the glycol refrigeration unit?
Glycol refrigerator commissioning:
1. Check whether the valves in the refrigeration system are in a normal open state, especially the exhaust shut-off valve, do not close it.
2. Open the cooling water valve of the condenser and the cold water valve of the evaporator, the flow of cold water and cooling water should meet the requirements of the manufacturer.
3. Before starting the glycol refrigerator equipment, pay attention to observe whether the power supply voltage of the unit is normal.
4. Start the unit according to the start-up manual provided by the manufacturer.
5. After the unit is started, check whether the parameters of the unit are normal according to the start-up manual provided by the manufacturer.
6. According to the unit operating data record table provided by the glycol refrigeration unit manufacturer, the data of the unit can be recorded, especially some main parameters must be recorded clearly.
7. During the operation of the glycol refrigeration unit, attention should be paid to whether the compressor's upload and download mechanisms are working properly.
8. The safety protection devices in the refrigeration system should be used correctly, such as high and low pressure protection devices, cold water and cooling water cut-off flow switches, safety valves and other equipment. If damaged, they should be replaced in time.
9. If the unit has abnormal conditions, it should be shut down immediately for inspection.
