Principle
The machine is composed of cooling and water supplement system, heating device, power transmission system, temperature sensor, injection port and other components. When the unit is running, the pump in the power transmission system enables the hot fluid to be transported from the pipeline system with built-in heater to the heat equipment to be used, and then back to the heating device. The temperature sensor measures the temperature of the hot fluid and transmits the data to the microcomputer control system, and the control system regulates the temperature of the hot fluid, thus indirectly regulating the temperature of the heat equipment to be used. If the temperature of the heating equipment exceeds the set value of the controller during production, the controller will open the solenoid valve and connect the cooling water pipe until the temperature of the hot fluid returns to the set value. If the temperature of the heating equipment is lower than the set value, the controller will turn on the heater to return it to the set value.
